We’ve worked in the land development industry for well over a decade (nearly two!) and for a lot of that time we were convinced there had to be a better way. Surely there was a way to develop land and look after the environment, the homeowners and the surrounding community all at the same time.

After years of professionally learning about sustainable developments and personally searching for environmentally and budget friendly ways to live we’re combining what we’ve learned into a way of developing land that is based on the permaculture movement.

We are taking what we know, and experimenting with ways to regenerate our own land as well as building a tiny house and offering advice to others to help them do the same.

Edible Landscapes, Resource Use & Off Grid Living

We have experience with everything from solar power & rainwater harvesting to food forests and veggie gardens so if you want to make the most of the land you are on, we can help.

We are off grid ourselves so we know what it’s like. We also grow a variety of our own food and are slowly working our way through regenerating our ex-forestry site & turning it into an edible wonderland for humans & animals alike. We are documenting the things we try, what works, what doesn’t and we discover along the way.
